Shall I sit around on my ass on my bday, or shall I do something? Unfortunately it’s tomorrow, which is Labor Day here in the U.S. That means that public places are almost certainly going to be packed.

On the other hand I’d love to see Rush Hour 3. Hm hmm hmmm… what to do? As far as presents go I ordered a new karate gi tonight as a sort of present to myself, but I’m not entirely certain if I’m going to keep it.

As one pal said, them’s some expensive cloths to get kicked around in.

I debated getting a computer part as a birthday gift, but I promised myself no more of that until I reach a level of physical fitness that really makes me proud. I’m guessing that will be 4 to 5 months from now.

Another option that I’m considering is ordering myself a nice leather trench coat for this winter. I’m definitely going to need a new coat regardless because the zipper on my existing jacket is permanently farked. I’ve always wanted a nice leather trench… and let me tell ya, last winter sucked. Sleet and ice all over the place and I couldn’t zip my jacket up. urgh…
