With the bday over (for all practical purposes) I’m down about $230. Nothing quite like shopping for yourself, eh?

• Three new shirts for the coming cold snap:
Pigment-Dyed Fleece Crewneck
French Rib Chest-Stripe Crew
Long-Sleeve Interlock Mockneck
• That new karate gi
• A super-cheap leather trench coat

I’ve always wanted a nice leather trench coat but they can run $800 or more. This leather trench that I ordered appears to look decent and the price is just mind-blowingly inexpensive. Honestly though I’m not expecting much from the coat at that price.

I already have some Isotoner gloves that should look pretty nice with the coat, and these new shirts should hopefully keep me nice & warm with assistance from the trench.

Still on the To Get list is a scarf and possibly a hat. With any luck I’ll be able to find those in town so that I don’t have to pay shipping on something so small.

I did go to the mall today but the shops were (of course) closing early, so nothing got done there and I didn’t catch Rush Hour 3 as I was considering. Oh well, hey there’s always Netflix.
