Welcome back to this much ignored food log category. I’m not going to try to keep a daily tally of what I’m eating because obviously that didn’t work out (it was too much of a hassle). Perhaps it’ll be of use now and then, though..
For now, I may as well post what I ate last night after karate class.
- First thing I hit up: 100% Gold Standard Whey Protein. One full scoop, half a glass, using 8th Continent soy milk. Half a glass was used because that’s all the soy milk that was left!
- Dinner, after the shower, was a couple of mini steaks (mmm, more protein) and a peach
A bit off topic, but this morning’s breakfast was my usual granola cereal. Unfortunately I had to use cow’s milk (skim)… cow’s milk just doesn’t go over very well for me.

Today’s oh-so exciting diet log:
- a single banana before the jog
- breakfast: two waffles which done absolutely nothing for me - what a waste!
- bowl ‘o chili
- Dinner:

- Toasted cheese sandwich x2

- Chicken & Rice
- three waffles w/ all natural maple syrup

- Breakfast: Same as yesterday’s.
- One 4oz cup of Danon all natural blueberry yogurt
- Lunch: bowl of oatmeal
- chunk of bread + small bowl of feans
- a peach
- chunck’o bread
My diet today is kind of farked up because I woke up so early (at around 3:00 AM). D’oh. When waking up that early you get hungry earlier (of course) and you still have the rest of the day to deal with. It’s thrown me for a bit of a loop.

This category, “Food Log”, will not be sent out in feeds. I may not actually maintain this category but the idea is obvious: To track my diet by keeping a record of it. This category is being made with the following in mind: “Being conscious of what you eat is an important part of keeping yourself healthy.”
At any rate, this post will be edited through out the day.

- Kashi Cinnamon Harvest wheat cereal

- Milk* used: 8th Continent soy milk, “original” flavor.

- a peach
- one 4oz container of Danon all natural peach yogurt… not that I’m fond of this flavor.
- an apple
- Lunch (noon): Chicken Noodle home made style
- pre-dinner munch (2:30pm): peanut butter sandwich on good wheat bread
- Dinner (8:00pm): Plate of chicken nuggets w/ ketchup. By far the least healthiest thing I’ve eaten all day
Is time to begin preparing for bed. G’night folks.
*Probably not as good as Silk soy milk, but the “original” flavor works very good in cereals.
